About

I've spent most of
my life trying to
understand why
people move.

Why they don't. What pressure exposes. What makes a thing worth building. I've studied it in two places most people never put in the same sentence — a business and a block at three in the morning — and they teach the same lessons.

Bryson Andrew

I came up in street life. That's not a line for a bio — it's the reason I understand people the way I do. Nobody out there is running an A/B test, and everybody out there is making decisions about trust, risk, status and survival every hour. When I moved into business, none of it was new. The vocabulary changed. The people didn't.

Faith is what redirected all of it. Not as a rebrand and not as a marketing angle. It took my life apart and put it back together pointed at something other than myself, and it's the reason there's a ministry attached to a business instead of a charity line item at the end of the year.

So I built Kingdom Connect Growth. I wrote The Movement Gap because I kept meeting owners with a real product and nobody behind them. I preach on corners from 11PM to 4AM and go into prisons in the daytime. I host Sitting With Seven because there are conversations men need that they aren't getting anywhere.

I'm not finished. I get things wrong. I'm still becoming the man I'm talking about, and I'd rather say that out loud than run a website that implies otherwise.

How the pieces fit

Kingdom Connect Growth

The firm. Consulting, growth, scaling, operations, team training, leadership, real estate, acquisitions, and digital marketing through REIGN. Marketing is the fastest door in — it was never the whole business.

The Movement Gap

The book, and the framework I actually use with clients. Diagnose, fortify, leverage, cultivate.

Streets Need Faith

Street and prison ministry working across five states. No building, no salary, no schedule that suits us.

SNF Seven

The public-facing side of the faith work — teaching, live studies, music, and the podcast.

The Unit

Discipleship and community. Reaching somebody is the beginning of the work. The Unit is where we stay.

Other ventures

Ownership and involvement in businesses outside of KCG — clothing and apparel, construction, and real estate.

What I believe about the work

Business is a
people problem
before it's a
marketing problem.

Every constraint I've ever found in a company traced back to a human one. Somebody avoiding a hard conversation. Somebody protecting an ego. Somebody who stopped answering the phone because the last twenty calls were complaints.

You can buy more attention on top of that. It just makes the leak louder.

So I start with people — the owner, the team, the customer — and then I look at systems. In that order. It's slower to sell and it's the only version that holds.

Stay connected

A note from me,
once in a while.

Business, faith, psychology, and whatever I'm learning while building all of this. No schedule, no funnel, no seventeen-email sequence. When there's something worth sending, I send it.
